JIJI Plus
- Price: IDR 29,000 per 30 days.
- Includes: 300 messages per period, JIJI Memory, chat history on every device, all modes.
- The 300-message quota refills at the start of every 30-day period. Unused messages do not roll over. Your remaining quota and refill date are always shown in the Account menu.
How the quota is counted
- 1 message = each time you send a message to JIJI and JIJI starts answering.
- Regenerate (asking JIJI to answer again) counts as 1 new message.
- Attachments (photos, PDFs, documents) sent with a message do not add to the count: it is still 1 message.
- Failed messages are not counted. If JIJI fails to answer, or you stop it before any answer appears, the quota is returned automatically. An answer that has partly appeared and is then stopped still counts.
- Fair-use limit. On top of the 300 messages there is a per-period processing limit to prevent abuse (for example automated messages, or extreme amounts of very large documents and repeated web searches). If this limit is reached first, JIJI tells you and chatting pauses until the next period. If you think this happened during normal use, contact us: we will check and, if it was a mistake, restore your quota.
- Free plan: 20 messages in total per account (5 without signing in + the rest after signing in), counted the same way.
Payment
On the web, payments are processed by Midtrans (QRIS, e-wallets, bank transfer/virtual account, or card, as available). Plus turns on automatically once Midtrans confirms the payment — usually within seconds. We do not store your card details.
In the Android app, JIJI Plus is purchased through Google Play using your Google Play payment method. The price shown in the app is Google Play’s price. Plus time bought in the app or on the web applies to the same JIJI account.
Renewal & grace period
JIJI Plus currently does not renew automatically. You can renew at any time from the Account menu; the new period is added after the current one.
- 3-day grace period. If a period ends without renewal, your account shows “awaiting renewal” for 3 days. During this time Plus features are already off: the 300-message quota, adding to Memory stop, and the free-plan rules apply. The grace period is only a reminder to renew; pay during it and Plus turns on again with a new period starting on the payment day.
- Back on the free plan. Your chats and history stay stored and can be opened. Memory stays stored and you can view, turn off or delete it, but it is not used in answers and cannot be added to until you subscribe again.
Cancellation
You can cancel from the Account menu at any time. After cancelling, Plus stays active until the end of the time you have paid for — including any extra period you paid for in advance — and then stops without a grace period. Cancelling does not refund money automatically; see Refunds below.
Refunds
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: refunded in full. Request within 30 days of the charge.
- Technical problems on our side that make Plus unusable for more than 24 hours: request within 7 days of when the problem occurred, whenever it happens during your paid period.
- Full refund if Plus could not be used at all since payment.
- Partial refund for a problem mid-period: IDR 29,000 × affected days ÷ 30, rounded up to the nearest IDR 1,000. If you prefer, we can extend your period by the affected days instead.
- Outside these cases, used payments are generally non-refundable, but please contact us — we review each case individually.
- Request a refund via the Contact page with your account email, the transaction date and (for technical problems) the date and a short description of the problem. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds are processed through Midtrans to the original payment method, usually within 3–14 business days.
- Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play’s refund policy: request one through Google Play (play.google.com, Order history) or contact us.
- If a full refund is approved, Plus access for that period is revoked. A partial refund does not revoke access.
